Itinerary Trekking Humantay Lake

Day 1

In the early hours of the morning we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco, then board the vehicle that will take us to our destination and we will go through the towns of Izcuchaca, Limatambo and later the town of Mollepata, on this trip we can see the valley of the Apurimac River.

Our first stop will be in the town of Mollepata where we will have breakfast, then we will board the vehicle to the Soraypampa camp, at 3900 m altitude after a short rest, we will start our journey towards Lake Humantay located at an altitude of 4,180 m, the walk It will be 1 hour and a half by the slope of a steep hill to reach the Humantay Lagoon.

Once it is our destination the Guide will proceed to give an explanation of the place and where you can take photos and appreciate this beautiful landscape. Later we will return to our camp to have our lunch and to be able to observe beautiful landscapes and the snowy peaks and later we will return to the city of Cusco.

Note: Drink coca tea at arrival at altitude and always consult your doctor before taking altitude sickness medication.

Day 1

Very early we will pick you up at your hotel and later we will start with a trip through the South Valley until we reach Combapata. Very early we will pick you up at your hotel, and then drive to the town of Mollepata, an approximate trip of 3 hours. At this point we will have time to buy what is necessary before starting our walk. The guide will give us some brief indications and we will arrive at Challacancha, at this point our Salkantay trek begins.

Activities: Hike from Challacancha – Inka Canal – Soraypampa and in the afternoon visit to the Humantay Lagoon.

Day 1

CUSCO – HIDROELECTRICA – AGUAS CALIENTES

Our tour starts at 7:00 am, and we will pick you up at your hotel or otherwise at the agreed meeting point. Then we will board the bus and we will go to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, on the way you will see different towns and beautiful landscapes. Then we will arrive at the archaeological center of Huaman Marca where we will stay for a while for our buffet lunch, then we will continue with our tour of Machu Picchu by car to the Hydroelectric where we will start our walk until we reach the town of Aguas Calientes; the walk lasts approximately 3 hours.

In Aguas Calientes our guide will take you to your respective accommodation and in the evening we will have dinner and the indications about the visit of the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu for the next day.

You can visit the Hot Springs, it is not included in our tour.

Day 2

AGUAS CALIENTES - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO

Around 4:00 a.m. we will depart from Aguas Calientes towards the citadel of Machu Picchu, the walk lasts 2 hours and the objective of this walk is to appreciate the beautiful landscapes and see the sunrise in Machu Picchu (A unique experience that few travelers enjoy ). Then we will enter the sanctuary of Machu Picchu and have a guided tour for 2 hours and then you can visit Machu Picchu on your own and take pictures for the memory.

Around 11:30 we will return walking to the town of Aguas Calientes and later to the Hydroelectric, once arrived at this point we will board the bus that will take us to the city of Cusco.

Machu Picchu by car, will finish around 22:00 hrs in Cusco.

Itinerary City Tour Cusco

Our tour will start around 09:00 hrs and we will go to the fortress of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay. At each point to visit you will have a guided tour. The Guide will provide you with very important information about each archaeological center.

The tour will end in the center of Cusco.

• To visit Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay you must buy the Cusco tourist ticket, you can buy the full or partial tourist ticket, depending on which circuits you will do in Cusco.
