Itinerary Cusco and Machu Picchu in 4 days / 3 night

Day 1: City Tour Cusco

It is preferable to arrive to Cusco before noon to start with this tour. Our tour starts at 13:30 PM, in which we will visit: The Cusco Cathedral, The Koricancha Temple, and the ruins of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay. Return to the hotel and free night.
Overnight in Cusco.

Day 2: CUSCO - SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS

Our tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas begins at 8:00 am where we will pick you up at your hotel and later we will board our tourist transport and we will go to the International Market of Pisaq, later we will visit the ruins of Pisaq, then the guide will give us a explanation of Pisaq and you will have time to take pictures and tour the Place.

Itinerary Trekking Humantay Lake

Day 1

In the early hours of the morning we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco, then board the vehicle that will take us to our destination and we will go through the towns of Izcuchaca, Limatambo and later the town of Mollepata, on this trip we can see the valley of the Apurimac River.

Our first stop will be in the town of Mollepata where we will have breakfast, then we will board the vehicle to the Soraypampa camp, at 3900 m altitude after a short rest, we will start our journey towards Lake Humantay located at an altitude of 4,180 m, the walk It will be 1 hour and a half by the slope of a steep hill to reach the Humantay Lagoon.

Once it is our destination the Guide will proceed to give an explanation of the place and where you can take photos and appreciate this beautiful landscape. Later we will return to our camp to have our lunch and to be able to observe beautiful landscapes and the snowy peaks and later we will return to the city of Cusco.

Day 1: Challacancha - Soraypampa - Humantay → 16 km Cusco

Very early we will pick you up at your hotel, and then drive to the town of Mollepata, an approximate trip of 3 hours. At this point we will have time to buy what is necessary before starting our walk. The guide will give us some brief indications and we will arrive at Challacancha, at this point our Salkantay trek begins.

Activities: Hike from Challacancha – Inka Canal – Soraypampa and in the afternoon visit to the Humantay Lagoon.
Initial altitude: 3,600 – 3,700 meters above sea level. (Challacancha – Canal Inka)
Altitude camp: 3,910 meters above sea level. (Soraypampa)
Maximum altitude: 4,200 meters above sea level. (Laguna Humantay)

Day 2: Soraypampa - Abra Salkantay - Chaullay → 22 km of walk

In the first hour we will taste a coca tea, and later we will meet to have breakfast and then start with our walk. On this tour we will see beautiful landscapes and we will have the Abra Salkantay destination at 4650 m. n. m., where we will have views of the Humantay glacier and the snowy Salkantay. At the highest point of the trek we will have a small ceremony as thanks to the Pachamama and the Apus. Day 5: Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu - Cusco

In the early hours of the morning we will start our walk to the citadel of Machu Picchu, approximately 1 hour and a half. Then we will enter the citadel of Machu Picchu and our guide will explain everything about Machu Picchu, then you will have time to take pictures and tour the place. Then we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes and go to the train station to board the train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo. At this point we will take the bus to the city of Cusco.

Itinerary Islands of Uros – Amantaní and Taquile

Day 1: Puno - Island of the Uros - Amantani

In the first hour we will pick you up at your accommodation, then we will go to the port and then navigate on Lake Titicaca, our first destination to visit will be the Uros Islands, then we will go to the island of Amantani, at this point we will have our lunch in a family house, and then we will have a 1-hour walk to the hills of Pachacama and Pachatata. Finally we will return to our family house where we will have our dinner, then you have the option to see the celebration of the town.

Day 2: Amantani - Taquile - Puno

Machu Picchu by Car Itinerary

Day 1

CUSCO – HIDROELECTRICA – AGUAS CALIENTES

Our tour starts at 7:00 am, and we will pick you up at your hotel or otherwise at the agreed meeting point. Then we will board the bus and we will go to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, on the way you will see different towns and beautiful landscapes. Then we will arrive at the archaeological center of Huaman Marca where we will stay for a while for our buffet lunch, then we will continue with our tour of Machu Picchu by car to the Hydroelectric where we will start our walk until we reach the town of Aguas Calientes; the walk lasts approximately 3 hours.

In Aguas Calientes our guide will take you to your respective accommodation and in the evening we will have dinner and the indications about the visit of the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu for the next day.

You can visit the Hot Springs, it is not included in our tour.

Day 2

AGUAS CALIENTES - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO

Around 4:00 a.m. we will depart from Aguas Calientes towards the citadel of Machu Picchu, the walk lasts 2 hours and the objective of this walk is to appreciate the beautiful landscapes and see the sunrise in Machu Picchu (A unique experience that few travelers enjoy ). Then we will enter the sanctuary of Machu Picchu and have a guided tour for 2 hours and then you can visit Machu Picchu on your own and take pictures for the memory.

Around 11:30 we will return walking to the town of Aguas Calientes and later to the Hydroelectric, once arrived at this point we will board the bus that will take us to the city of Cusco.

Machu Picchu by car, will finish around 22:00 hrs in Cusco.
