https://tuboleto.cultura.pe/consulta-tuboleto and follow the steps below:
Step 1: Document Type – select the appropriate option (National Identity Document / Foreigner Registration Card / Passport / Foreign Identity Document).
Step 2: Document Number – enter your document number.
Step 3: Choose one of two options: search by Ticket Code or Date of Visit.
Step 4: Check the box to verify that you are not a robot.
Step 5: Search
Recommendation:
• If you do not know the ticket code, it is best to search using the Date of Visit.
This tool is highly recommended for tourists who did not purchase their tickets through the official Machu Picchu website, or for those who have booked a travel package through a travel agency.
